Background
Autism services require high levels of consistency if they are to be effective. Having an effective team is central to achieving a consistent support environment and getting great outcomes. LEADING AUTISM SERVICES will develop leadership, focus skills, and build confidence right through your organisation. The programme is developmental and will facilitate changes in management behaviour. You’ll create an environment where staff are empowered to identify, report on and solve problems in the front-line. Sometimes implementing the improvements that everyone wants to see isn't plain sailing.
