Background
Health and care services require high levels of consistency if they are to be effective. Having an effective team is central to achieving a consistent support environment and getting great outcomes. GOOD LEADERSHIP FOR CARE will develop leadership, focus skills, and build confidence right through your organisation. The programme is developmental and will facilitate changes in management behaviour. You’ll create an environment where staff are empowered to identify, report on and solve problems in real-time, in the front-line. Sometimes implementing the improvements that everyone wants to see isn't plain sailing. We often agree on ideas, get right behind the drive for a better way of doing things and then somehow or other real change eludes us. Why? The programme will help you develop the skills to ensure change, progress and improvement happen. Everybody turns up to do a good job. That's almost always a given. Somehow though personalities and problems lead to poor performance. The programme will help you manage these factors and get the best out of everyone. What does it cost?
